President Donald Trump took aim at Democratic lawmakers for placing holds on and obstructing his nominees to appointees throughout government, in a Wednesday tweet.
Hundreds of good people, including very important Ambassadors and Judges, are being blocked and/or slow walked by the Democrats in the Senate. Many important positions in Government are unfilled because of this obstruction. Worst in U.S. history!

The White House has recently made clear its frustration with the Senate for not confirming hundreds of nominees it has sent to the legislative body arguing that it is hindering their ability to properly govern.
“A stunning 43 percent of the President’s highly qualified nominees are still waiting for confirmation in the Senate. Senator Schumer’s tactics have led to 102 fewer confirmations than the next closest administration,” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said in an early March briefing, adding “Senator Schumer is blocking nominees indiscriminately. He forces time-wasting procedural votes on nominees, and then eventually votes in support of them.”
