Dear Jim Acosta: Fake News Is The Enemy Of The American People

CNN’s Chief White House Correspondent Jim Acosta had a few meltdowns this week on live television and during a White House press briefing.

This after Trump supporters chanted “CNN sucks” during one of his live shots in Tampa, Florida, and after President Donald Trump tweeted that fake news is “the enemy of the people.”

Now the Left’s spin on President Trump’s tweet is that he is calling the media “the enemy of the people,” which he is not. President Trump was specifically talking about “Fake News” and the reporters who are twisting reality to fit the Left’s agenda.

The Daily Caller’s Stephanie Hamill, Amber Athey, Henry Rodgers call out Acosta for whining, while also highlighting other absurd and biased questions asked during a recent press briefing.

“Fact-Checking The White House ‘Truth Seekers’” is a weekly program that dissects what’s going on at the White House press briefings. The White House press corps is supposed to be made up of unbiased journalists who cover the president and anything White House-related. But in the Trump era, some of these journalists have turned more into activists, regularly posing biased questions that advance a largely left-leaning agenda.

The Daily Caller team is keeping close tabs on what’s happening during the briefings. While there are some solid, fair White House reporters, there are others who we can’t say the same about. TheDC highlights the hypocrisy and absurdity coming from these so-called neutral reporters.

TheDC team has fact-checked the White House press corps on North Korea and the nomination of CIA director Gina Haspel, among other issues.
