The husband of White House counselor Kellyanne Conway says that a bombshell allegation from former Trump aide Omarosa Manigault Newman is “not credible” and “ridiculous.”

Manigault Newman, who left the White House in December 2017, claims in a forthcoming tell-all that President Donald Trump used racial epithets when talking about George Conway.

Trump referred to George Conaway, who is half Filipino, as a “F**ing FLIP!” and “Fucking Goo-goo,” according to The Guardian, which obtained an advance copy of Manigault Newman’s book, “Unhinged: An Insider’s Account of the Trump White House.”

Both of the terms are racial pejoratives against Filipinos.

But Conway, a Washington, D.C., attorney who has openly criticized Trump on Twitter, panned Manigault Newman’s allegation. (RELATED: Kellyanne’s Husband Scolds Trump For Tweets About Travel Ban)

“The allegation is not credible, and indeed is ridiculous, particularly in light of the timing of her departure from the White House—December 12, 2017. It’s absurd all around,” he wrote on Twitter Friday.

Conaway said in a follow-up tweet that “from what I saw and heard, any suggestion he would have used such slurs is preposterous.”

Manigault Newman makes other allegations against Trump in the book. She claims that Trump repeatedly used the “N-word” while on the set of his NBC reality show, “The Apprentice.” Manigault Newman met Trump when she was a contestant on the show.
