Johnny Manziel’s arm looks outstanding.

TMZ posted a video late Tuesday afternoon of the former CFL quarterback getting some practice reps in with QB guru George Whitfield, and he was slinging the ball over a soccer goal to a receiver. (RELATED: Johnny Manziel Was Reportedly Banned From The CFL For Missing Meetings)

He was putting the thing on a frozen rope for his receiver. Watch it below.

Whether you hate Manziel or are a fan of him, there’s no question those passes are legit. They were on a rope, they were crisp and had plenty of velocity.

If his arm strength is truly as great as it appeared to be in the video above, then there’s no doubt he’d be ready right now tear up the AAF or the XFL. (RELATED: NFL Executive Reportedly Thinks Johnny Manziel Will Sign With The Raiders)

Any doubts about his arm strength since we last saw him throw have to be gone after seeing the latest evidence.

The question now is what will he decide to do. I think the AAF is likely not going to happen at this point.

He’s either holding out for the XFL or 2020, or he’s under the belief he has an NFL offer waiting for him in the offseason.

Honestly, the XFL is more likely, but who knows what’s going on behind the scenes.

Either way, we should know relatively soon, and Manziel is looking good spinning the ball.
