Friday, March 8, 2019 is International Women’s Day, and my good friend David Hookstead, otherwise known as “Rancher Dave,” knows a lot about women.

The Smoke Room’s editor-in-chief spent hours upon hours compiling a list of the top-five international women. Using a special algorithm, Hookstead was able to compile this foolproof list. The list includes models, actresses, and celebrities from across the globe. These women are true role models.
