Author J.K. Rowling claimed she has “fully recovered” from coronavirus after suffering from symptoms of the virus.

Despite having all symptoms of COVID-19, the “Harry Potter” writer did not get tested for the virus, according to a tweet she shared Monday. Rowling shared a video of a doctor explaining how to relieve coronavirus symptoms.

“Please watch this doc from Queens Hospital explain how to relieve respiratory symptoms,” Rowling shared on Twitter alongside a YouTube link. “For last 2 weeks I’ve had all symptoms of C19 (tho haven’t been tested) & did this on doc husband’s advice. I’m fully recovered & technique helped a lot.”

Rowling reiterated she was “fully recovered” and thanked fans for their messages in a separate tweet. (RELATED: J.K. Rowling Launches ‘Harry Potter At Home’ While Schools Remain Closed Due To Coronavirus)

“Thank you for your kind and lovely messages!” she added. “I really am completely recovered and wanted to share a technique that’s recommended by doctors, costs nothing, has no nasty side effects but could help you/your loved ones a lot, as it did me. Stay safe, everyone x.”

As previously reported, Rowling launched a new “Harry Potter” website to help teachers and parents keep children learning and busy during quarantine.

“Parents, teachers and carers working to keep children amused and interested while we’re on lockdown might need a bit of magic, so I’m delighted to launch harrypotterathome.com,” Rowling shared on Twitter.
