Musician Dr. Dre’s wife Nicole Young has reportedly filed documents asking for spousal support amid the couple’s divorce.

Young has requested $1,936,399 monthly in her bid for temporary spousal support, according to a report published Friday by TMZ. Young has also reportedly asked for $5 million in lawyer fees. Young and Dr. Dre first filed for divorce at the end of June.

Young cited irreconcilable differences for the reasoning behind the divorce.

Dr. Dre reportedly plans to fight the spousal support claiming Young’s lifestyle hasn’t changed since she still resides in the couple’s home. There is also an ongoing dispute over the prenup, according to TMZ. Young claimed she was forced to sign a prenup in 1996 and that Dr. Dre tore it up in front of her two years later. Dr. Dre claimed that wasn’t true and that she signed the prenup willingly.

Yikes, this whole divorce seems like it’s going to end up being a huge mess. $2 million a month is a ton of money. I’m not rich by any means, but I still can’t even comprehend how someone could blow through anywhere near that amount of money each month.

She also wants another $5 million on top of that for lawyer’s fees. The numbers are just crazy.
