Blue MAGA-Style Biden-Harris Hats Fall Flat

Blue MAGA-styled hats being sold on Amazon in support of President-elect Joe Biden and Vice-President Kamala Harris have been criticized and rejected by Democratic supporters on Twitter.

The blue MAGA hats read “Made America Great Already”, Newsweek reported. The hats are being sold by an  independent seller with no affiliation to the Biden-Harris administration.

The twitter account @BidenHarrisHats shared a tweet advertising the blue MAGA hats, “You ‘Made America Great Already’ simply by firing and evicting Trump from our White House,” the tweet reads.

The blue hats which are sold on Amazon for $14.99 have been sold since 2019 according to the product reviews. However, the hats were reportedly initially sold to support veterans and military service members, as well as to remind people that America was great before Trump became president.

While red MAGA hats have become a staple with Trump supporters, many Biden-Harris supporters cannot get behind the idea of a blue MAGA hat. Some feel that it is too similar and cult-like to the red MAGA hats, while others feel this would cause more division. “I voted for Biden but I’d never walk around with a hat on saying I voted for Biden. That’s a Trumper thing. I don’t want to be like Trumpers in any way,” Robert Lindsay commented.

Another person commented, “The Democrats are now making blue Maga hats.. Who would’ve thought our entire country would turn into bloods vs the Crips or even social slayer?”

Actress Yvette Nicole Brown commented, “We don’t need another cult. America just survived one. Enough with this. Not hats. Not chants. No crimes. No lies.”

“Just good people working together to fix what’s wrong. That’s what America needs. That’s all we need. Not this. Not these,” Brown added.
