Actress Asia Argento has accused “Fast and the Furious” director Rob Cohen of sexually assaulting her.

Argento first made the accusations in an interview published by the Italian outlet Il Corriere della Sera. Argento also confirmed the allegations to Variety in an interview published Sunday.

“It’s the first time I’m talking about Cohen,” Argento told the Milan daily, according to Variety. “He abused me, making me drink GHB, he had a bottle of it.”

“At the time, I really didn’t know what it was. I woke up in the morning naked in his bed,” she added.

Argento also wrote about the alleged experience in her upcoming autobiography “Anatomy of a Wild Heart.” (RELATED: ‘Fast And The Furious’ Director Denies Sexual Assault Allegations)

Cohen denied the allegations.

“Mr. Cohen categorically denies Asia Argento’s accusation of assault against him as absolutely false,” a representative for Cohen said in a statement, according to Deadline. “When they worked together, they had an excellent working relationship and Mr. Cohen considered her a friend, so this claim dating back to 2002 is bewildering, especially given what has been reported about her in recent years.”

Argento claimed she decided to come forward with the allegations against Cohen after other women publicly accused him of sexual assault.

In 2019, Cohen was accused of sexually assaulting an unidentified woman who claimed he tricked her into meeting up by scheduling a meeting for a new TV pilot, according to the Huffington Post. Cohen has also been accused by his daughter of molestation.

Argento was one of the first to come forward with allegations against Harvey Weinstein.

The actress herself has also been accused of sexual assault. She reportedly paid her accuser $380,000, according to a report published in 2018 by The New York Times.
