Despite the fact that nearly one in 10 Black Lives Matter (BLM) protests devolved into violence that caused millions in property damage and caused multiple deaths in the United States, BLM has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize. Given the Nobel committee’s history of contentious winners, maybe BLM’s nomination makes sense.
