A transgender activist is supplying kids with hormones such as testosterone, estradiol and spironolactone, according to a Twitter post.

Transgender activist Eli Erlick has been working to distribute excess prescribed hormones for free to those who don’t have access to them, according to a since-deleted Instagram post that has been shared on Twitter. The network was created in response to state-level crackdowns on hormone therapy for minors, Erlick said, but is only a “band-aid solution” until everyone has access to “affirmative medical care from professionals.” (RELATED: ‘My Kiddo Is A Natural’: Video Features Child Pole Dancing At Pride Event)

Erlick’s original Instagram post announcing the initiative has been deleted but it has been posted to the Twitter account LibsofTikTok who claims the redistribution has been occurring since 2021, a tweet read.

“There are over 20 states trying to criminalize hormone therapy, particularly for trans youth,” Erlick wrote. “So my friends and I had an idea: sending out our extra prescriptions around the county. If you need hormones, I’m working with a distribution network to get you access. Everything is free, no questions asked.”

Erlick promoted the mantra “redistribute your extra hormones to people who can’t access/afford them,” according to a 2021 Instagram post.

Commentator Matt Walsh said he is determined to not let Erlick’s actions “blow over without consequence,” a tweet showed. Without medical reason, one cannot “manufacture, distribute, or dispense, or possess with intent to manufacture, distribute, or dispense, a controlled substance,”  according to U.S. federal law.

Both Walsh and LibsofTikTok said they have alerted the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration about Erlick’s activity, Twitter posts showed.

Erlick also admitted to ordering a double dose of hormones and testosterone blockers every month for Erlick’s “best friends,” “closest lovers” and “worst enemies,” according to a YouTube video.

“I just hope these little pills can bring some joy into their lives,” Erlick said in the YouTube video.

“Trans youth deserve lifesaving, affirmative care. You can quote me on that,” Erlick told YouTuber Blair White, White shared in a tweet.

Erlick did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.
