Rod Stewart’s eldest son, Sean, was rushed to the hospital Monday after being hit by a truck.
Sean took to his Instagram story to reveal the incident writing, “I got hit by a truck at a red light,” alongside an image of himself wearing a hospital gown and neck brace. “Hard out here on these streets,” he added. The 42-year-old didn’t share any further details about the collision with his fans.

There was no other mention of his accident among Stewart’s other Instagram posts, and no further updates were made available since his Instagram story went live. The extent of his injuries remains unknown, but the image suggested he was still in the hospital and requiring some level of medical care.
Stewart is one of 8 children fathered by musical icon Rod Stewart. Rod shares children with five different women, according to Page Six. Sean’s most widely recognized role was in the reality television show “Sons of Hollywood” which aired in 2017, as well as on “The Hills: New Beginnings,” where he shared the spotlight with his girlfriend at the time, Audrina Patridge.
