The 911 phone log from Jeremy Renner’s snow plow accident listed a number of gruesome injuries the actor suffered New Year’s Day.

The log detailed how Renner was “completely crushed” by the Snowcat and having “extreme difficulty” breathing, according to TMZ. The log said Renner could be heard moaning in the background and that he was experiencing heavy bleeding from his head, as well as other injuries. The right side of Renner’s chest collapsed and his upper torso was crushed, among other serious injuries, according to TMZ.

Reports later revealed Renner was helping a family member get their car after a heavy snow fall, and he stepped out of the plow briefly to chat with his relative. Renner reportedly attempted to get back into the driver’s seat of the plow as it rolled, according to TMZ.

Washoe County Sheriff Darin Balaam said the snow-removal equipment weighed at least 14,330 pounds, according to People.

The police ruled out foul play, but authorities seized the machinery and launched an investigation to determine why the safety features on the plow didn’t prevent it from running him over. (RELATED:  Dave & Buster’s Co-Founder James Corley Dead In Apparent Suicide On His Birthday, Company Says)

The Marvel actor addressed fans directly by posting a bloody selfie from his hospital bed Tuesday.

“Thank you all for your kind words. 🙏. I’m too messed up now to type. But I send love to you all,” he wrote to his social media page.

Renner remains in hospital and last reports indicated he remains in critical condition.
