Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend filed a $30 million lawsuit claiming that the golf star violated an oral agreement in which he allegedly promised to let her live in his house and to support her. Now, Tiger is fighting back.
The legendary golfer’s attorneys are issuing a challenge to Erica Herman, who claims that Woods made a promise to support her and agreed to let her live in his house for five years in exchange for unspecified services. This all reportedly took place months before he broke up with her.

In her lawsuit, Herman claims that Woods’ people got her to pack a suitcase, led her to believe that she was going to go on a “short vacation,” and then drove her to the airport. Tiger Woods was not present for these alleged events. Just before getting to the airport, Herman claims she was told she was being kicked out of the house and that all of the locks had been changed.
