A recent video captures a pilot in Louisiana facing 9.5 Gs of force in a two-seater acrobatic plane, the New York Post reported.

“It feels like either being pushed through hundreds of pounds of water, or like a really heavy thing sat on me and shifted all my organs downwards for a couple of seconds,” Emma Bryan told the New York Post of the high-speed stunt. “So here we go,” her flying instructor says in the video. “Tighten up your legs. Tighten up your neck. Three, two, one, go!”

The plane then shoots around so the viewer can see the Earth instead of the sky from the plane’s top window. The pilot’s face appears to melt for about four seconds. The plane complete flips over, and the pilot does a 180-degree spin to put the plane back on track.

“Holy shit, that’s cool,” the pilot said, smiling and laughing.

“That was nine and a half Gs,” the instructor tells her.

The pilot appears flabbergasted and exclaims, “What?!”

“Yep,” the instructor responds.

“Holy shit, that’s crazy,” the pilot said, still smiling and laughing.
