“Yellowstone” star Kevin Costner’s wife, Christine Baumgartner, is refusing to move out of their shared home, according to reports published Tuesday.

Baumgartner filed for divorce from the on-screen cowboy in May after almost a year of rumors swirling she was sick of him working on the hit “Yellowstone” series. Baumgartner is reportedly refusing to honor the stipulations in her prenup and won’t leave the couple’s home, according to TMZ.

Baumgartner allegedly had 30 days to vacate the properties owned by Costner, and he’s apparently given her over a million dollars to find herself a new pad, according to documents obtained by TMZ. Costner has since asked the courts to forcibly remove her, adding she is only using her position as leverage to force more money out of him, the outlet claimed. Costner is willing to pay $30,000 a month for a rental house, another $10,000 in moving costs, and his child support obligations, according to documents reviewed by TMZ. Costner owns all three of his homes as a result of the couple’s long-standing prenup, which was originally signed back in 2004.

Prior to the divorce proceedings, some industry insiders speculated Costner may have impregnated an individual while filming “Yellowstone,” but these rumors were promptly shut down.
