This is absolutely insane.

At this point, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) realizes their time with Kylian Mbappe is limited. On his contract, the French superstar only has one year remaining, and this will likely result in PSG selling Mbappe rather than letting him walk next summer on a free transfer.

All of this is quite obvious by how PSG completely left Mbappe out of their preseason tour.

While most have Mbappe eventually ending up at Real Madrid, he could potentially play in Saudi Arabia for a year before that happens, and that’s because there’s some huge money involved — and we’re talking huge.

Al Hilal has reportedly offered Paris Saint-Germain a world-record fee of $332 million for a Kylian Mbappe transfer, which would shatter the record Neymar set when he moved to PSG for $261 million. And if that isn’t insane enough, the Saudi club has offered Mbappe himself an incredible $775 million, and only for one year at that, according to CBS’ James Benge.

The insane numbers would make Mbappe the highest-paid athlete in the world, and by far.

Wow … I’m flabbergasted.

It’s interesting to me as a Chelsea fan too, because ESPN is reporting that Mbappe actually isn’t interested in Al Hilal’s offer despite all that money, which has me thinking … if we can somehow beat out Real Madrid, we might be looking at Mbappe in a Blues uniform (Chelsea’s interested), because we wouldn’t have to be competing against that Saudi money.

I’m more dreaming than anything, I admit, but wouldn’t that be something to see Mbappe playing in London? (RELATED: Arsenal Fans Brawl Each Other In MetLife Stadium While Gunners Get Spanked By Manchester United In Pre-Season Friendly)

Check me out. I’m already spoiled with Lionel Messi at Inter Miami, and now I want Mbappe at Chelsea.

Yes, I’m being greedy. I want glory.
