Cara Delevingne spoke candidly about her journey to sobriety, saying it took a lot of effort for her to get back on track, and she’s happy to be recovering.

The supermodel checked herself into a rehab center in 2022 and entered a 12-step program to help relieve her alcohol addiction, according to a recent interview with Elle. The 30-year-old star admitted getting help was tough for her, but it is proving to be the best thing she has done for herself.

“There have never been moments when I’m like, ‘This isn’t worth it,'” Delevingne said.

She went on to describe what her life is like now that she is on the road to recovery.

“It’s been worth every second. I just don’t know what it would take for me to give it up,” she said.

Delevingne expressed the changes she has undergone by saying, “I am stable. I’m calmer.”

The famous model compared her sobriety to a weight being lifted and how even admitting she had an addiction issue was a big step.
