“Law & Order SVU” star Kelli Giddish took to Instagram on Thursday to announce the birth of her third child.
The famous actress is best known for playing the role of hard-nosed Amanda Rollins on the long-running series. She welcomed her baby boy publicly, with a special, personal note. “My husband and I welcomed Oldie Richards on June 20th and we are so in love and so very grateful,” Giddish wrote to her fans and followers. “Oldie- you’ve brought immeasurable JOY to me and your daddy and your two brothers (and your grandparents and aunts and uncles!).”

Giddish went on to gush love over her newborn baby.
“You wake up smiling and the light you bring to each moment is truly incredible. ♥️♥️♥️” Giddish wrote, tagging her husband, Beau Richards.
Some of Giddish’s celebrity friends came forward to congratulate her, as did many fans. Some shared appreciation for the fact that all three of Giddish’s real-life pregnancies were also written into the show.

There was nothing but love all over Giddish’s social media page as her loved ones helped the 43-year-old actress celebrate the expansion of her family.
Giddish shared a black and white photograph of her baby lying between her and her husband as she looked at Oldie lovingly. The baby was dressed in a dark onesie and was facing his father as he made his debut on social media.
