A self-described “unhinged” woman claimed in a video shared Tuesday that she spent 15 years destroying a man’s life after he was rude to her and her friend at a comedy club.

Linda Solley Hurd told followers she was enjoying a night out with some friends, when one of them accidentally spilled a drink into the man’s lap. The man apparently became so enraged by the incident that he started yelling at Hurd’s friend, calling her a “stupid fat bitch.” He even went so far as to spit on her.

In the video, Hurd recounted that she stood up for her friend, screaming in the guy’s face. But it didn’t end there.

“We move on with our night, we do not move on with our lives,” Hurd said.

Hurd said she then tracked the man down on Facebook and started figuring out what his favorite shows were. When she learned that he liked “The Walking Dead” and “Breaking Bad,” Hurd proceeded to make a series of fake accounts so she could DM the man spoilers from every up-coming episode.

The target of Hurd’s vengeance was watching the shows week-to-week as new episodes premiered, so she did a deep dive on Reddit and other forums to find out what would happen next, she explained in the video. Hurd said she eventually got bored with this and moved on.

But then the man showed up in one of her classes, and she didn’t like anything he had to say there either, Hurd said. So, she found his Reddit account and started sending spoilers there instead.

There was more to come, though. A short while later, she discovered the man was engaged to a mutual friend.

“I find out [they’re engaged] when they’re pretty close to their wedding, and I was like, ‘I haven’t thought about this guy in so long,’ … So I look up his Reddit to see if he’s still using it,” Hurd explained. “I see some pretty sinister stuff on his Reddit.” (RELATED: Wait, Who TF Does This Guy Think He Is?)

So, Hurd screenshotted the offending posts and sent them anonymously to the man’s fiancée. The fiancée then broke off the engagement, canceled the wedding and is now happily married to another man.

I don’t know if anything in this story is true, but part of me hopes it’s not. Imagine spending this much time in your life ruining someone else’s, when you could have helped them find Jesus or literally done anything else. But it’s still an entertaining tale, either way.
