Lil Yachty seemed to invite his packed crowd to jump the barriers and join the mosh pit during his concert in Vancouver, B.C., on Saturday night.

The artist’s concert was abruptly cut short, seemingly because he apparently shouted and directed his fans to rush the pit area at the top of his set at the University of British Columbia’s Thunderbird Arena. Video footage of the star telling fans to expand the put has made its rounds online, and was posted by TMZ.

“C’mon! C’mon! Fill it up! Fill it up!” Lil Yachty shouted at the crowd.

“What are we doing? Fill that shit up!” Yachty said.

The video showed swarms of fans moving from their seats and making their way to the pit area. Fans were apparently pushing one another and hopping over the security barrier. (RELATED: Travis Scott Evades Criminal Charges In Houston Astroworld Tragedy)

Lil Yachty then told the DJ to start the music, and he and his fans jumped up and down and were super hyped.

After three or four songs, the lights turned on and Yachty’s mic was reportedly cut. The artist attempted to regain control of his set by reportedly encouraging people to return to their seats. Yachty tried to launch into another song, but the hosts had already effectively put a dead-stop to his performance for the night, according to TMZ.

There have been no reports of injuries so far.
