Actress Tara Reid spoke out about the constant body image criticism she faces and denied having an eating disorder.

The former “Days of Our Lives” star set the record straight during a recent interview with The Los Angeles Inquisitor, and shut down allegations of an eating disorder.

“I have no anorexia and never have,” she insisted. “And I definitely don’t have any bulimia. I’m terrified of throwing up, so that’s not gonna happen.”

Reid continued to defend herself against online trolls that have continued to express concern for her health and well-being. The actress said the rumors are simply not true.

She insisted she was healthy and to all those that accuse her of battling an eating disorder, she said that is untrue, and reiterated, “And I love food too much,” according to the Los Angeles Inquisitor.

Reid expressed frustration over the years-long body image struggle.

“If we were overweight then they can’t say anything because that’s bullying. But it’s the same thing if you’re skinny. That’s still bullying too,” she said.

She admitted her very thin frame has been a topic of discussion since she launched to fame in the early 2000s and says the general public’s curiosity about her figure has increased lately.
