Former child model Jeanne Bellino has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler, alleging he sexually assaulted her 50 years ago.
Bellino has named at least two alleged assaults and said she was 17 years old when the incidents allegedly occurred, TMZ reported Thursday, citing court documents. In the first alleged assault, Bellino was walking down 6th Avenue in New York City along with Aerosmith and a few others, per the outlet. Tyler was allegedly triggered by a remark she made about his lyrics, TMZ reported. He allegedly pushed her into a phone booth, forced his tongue in her mouth and began “humping her pretending to have sex,” according to the outlet.

Bellino said Tyler’s pants were on but it was obvious to her that he was aroused, according to TMZ.
The alleged victim said she managed to get out of the phone booth and away from Tyler for a brief time, but she remained with the group and accompanied them to a nearby hotel. She said she required transportation from her friend, which is why she decided to continue on with the evening’s plans, TMZ reported.
Bellino accused Tyler of sexually assaulting her a second time when she was in a hotel room later on. She alleged he did the same thing to her as what purportedly happened in the phone booth, alleging he continued to grope her and dry hump her on top of her clothing, according to TMZ.

Bellino said Tyler abruptly left her room after allegedly assaulting her, at which point she fled the hotel and called a taxi cab to take her home, per TMZ.

Bellino has said she still requires medication to handle the “long term physical injury” associated with the alleged encounters with Tyler, TMZ reported. She is suing the famous artist for damages.
A woman named Julia Holcomb reportedly sued Tyler for sexual assault in 2022, alleging Tyler assaulted her when she was roughly 16 years old.
Tyler and his camp have not yet commented publicly on the allegations from Bellino.
