Mariska Hargitay attempted to show her support for Brooke Shields by drawing attention to a special necklace around her neck, but everyone ended up staring at her breasts instead.
Hargitay stunned on the red carpet for Glamor’s Women Of The Year Awards on Tuesday. The “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” star attempted to shift the focus of the paparazzi away from her dress and onto her necklace, which featured the letter “B.” The necklace was dedicated to her friend, Shields, who was named as one of the women of the year.
Hargitay’s intention may have been noble, but her message fell on deaf ears as the cameras zoomed in on her bulging boobs, distracting over 8.6 million fans who viewed the viral video.

The actress wore a form-fitting black dress with metal accents, as she flirted with the cameras that were snapping away. Hargitay then flipped the script on the photographers and demanded they take pictures of her jewelry.
“Somebody go super close on my necklace, ’cause I’m wearing a ‘B’ for Brooke,” she said. “Can you see it? Can you go super tight?”
The star made sure all eyes were on her neck — or at least, she tried to. Her ample breasts quickly became the focus of attention as she placed her index finger on her chest and held it there for a prolonged period of time, pointing to the small chain and pendant.
“Hold on,” she demanded after attempting to draw attention to the necklace. The star then took a moment to toss her hair and place her glasses on her face while making a sultry facial expression.

Hargitay skipped away with a pep in her step and a smile on her face, seemingly impressed with her efforts, but the comments posted to social media suggested nobody was paying attention to her Shields shout-out at all.
“I’m deff looking at the necklace,” one Twitter user sarcastically wrote.
