Sources close to Matthew Perry have come forward with allegations that he was abusive in his personal relationships.

Three sources reportedly spoke with media outlets, alleging Perry lied about his sobriety and continued his troubling cycle of addiction, which allegedly led to abusive behavior, according to US Magazine. “He was verbally, emotionally and physically abusive,” one source claimed, after describing Perry as being a “manipulative” person. The first and second sources allege Perry was physically abusive to his best friend, Morgan Moses. “He threw [Moses] into a wall and threw something at her and shoved her onto a bed,” the first source alleged to the publication.

Another source claimed, “He threw a coffee table at her and told her that she was crazy,” according to Daily Mail.

The first source said Perry threatened Moses after the alleged attack, saying, “If I wanted to hurt you, I would have,” according to US Magazine. The sources also claimed Perry had a history of allegedly punching walls, flipping tables and throwing things when he was angry.

The second source said Moses left quickly after the alleged assault, and Perry felt “mortified” about their alleged altercation.

“He was panicking because the person who was always by his side had left him,” the source said. Perry and Moses reportedly attempted to work past the alleged incident, but it reportedly damaged their relationship.

“Morgan was his best friend, and he burned that to the ground. He pushed her to her absolute breaking point,” the first source told US Magazine.

The sources that spoke out about Perry noted his alleged abuse was not just targeted at Moses, but was also reflected in other relationships as well.

The first source claimed Perry was also allegedly abusive to a woman he dated who wished to remain anonymous. They said she threatened to sue the famous actor for emotional and psychological abuse, but ended up settling outside of court.

“She claimed that he was abusive and got her addicted to drugs, including oxycodone and painkillers,” the first source told US Magazine. The second and third sources reportedly corroborated these allegations.

A nurse who worked with Perry reportedly left the profession as a result of her alleged interactions with Perry. “He was cruel … He had to pay for a lot of women to go to therapy. He left a lot of destruction,” the first source told US Magazine. (RELATED: ‘He Caused Pain’: Matthew Perry’s Ex-Fiancée Speaks Out After His Death)

The second source insisted that the famous “Friends” actor “wasn’t a horrible human being. [But] he was so warped in his addiction that he wasn’t himself and the man he should be.”

Perry’s representatives have not responded to the allegations at this time.

Perry died Oct. 28 at his home, at the age of 54.
