We might be only hours away from the 2024 NFL Draft, but as far as David Bakhtiari is concerned, he wants to talk about taxes.
I’m game.
The former left tackle of the Green Bay Packers took to social media Wednesday to talk about his “solution” to America’s tax problems. So what does Bakhtiari think will solve them?
A flat tax … HA!
“I want a flat tax rate for everyone citizen [sic],” posted Bakhtiari. “And no loopholes. Simple and effective. Don’t try to fuq this up. It makes sense. You make more money, pay more taxes. Less money, less taxes.”

I mean this with the utmost respect, but we have a financial moron on our hands.
Not only does this idiot literally want to tax his own wealth, and at a high-rate at that, but he also wants other rich and wealthy people to go through the same thing, which in turn would hurt both the middle and poor classes. I don’t care how you feel about rich people. These are the individuals who create jobs, so taxing them to the bone is just a ridiculous economy-killing plan. It’s just dumb.
And I’ll take it even further: Why are we even defending an income tax at all? Do Americans not realize Uncle Sam is royally screwing us?
This is the same government who will tax your income, your property, your car, literally everything, and then on top of that, tax everything that you buy (and then you got state taxes on top of that). The fact that a lot of people defend something like that is absolutely laughable. Oh! And if you don’t pay your taxes, you go to friggin’ jail to make your financial situation (for you and your family) even worse! (LMAO)

So why are our roads, schools and hospitals all crap then?
If we stop overspending to the max and sending tons of money overseas (like the irritating $95 billion to Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan), we could easily drop the income tax and build off the other taxes (and even then, we could drop a few more). Dropping the income tax alone would make America BOOM. We’re talking Trump-level, Reagan-level historical economies — if not better — if we did that.
I’m not trying to hear about some flat tax nonsense that David Bakhtiari is pushing, I want the income tax completely GONE, and the IRS dismantled on top of that.
Now that’s a tax plan.
And P.S. … for those “it would never work” people: Florida doesn’t have a state income tax and is the 14th largest economy in the WORLD.
