Rob Schneider is officially finished with the 2024 Summer Olympics thanks to a drag performance during the July opening ceremony that people have argued parodied the Last Supper.
Schneider found the scene to be so off-putting that he will no longer be tuning in to the highly-anticipated athletic competitions.
“I am sorry to say to ALL the world’s GREATEST ATHLETES, I wish you ALL THE BEST, but I cannot watch an Olympics that disrespects Christianity and openly celebrates Satan,” the famous actor wrote July 28 on Twitter. “I sincerely hope THESE @Olympics get the same amount of viewers as @cspan.”

The opening ceremony appeared to resemble Leonardo da Vinci’s famous painting of the Last Supper.
French actor Philippe Katerine appeared dressed as the Greek god Dionysus, and his body was painted blue. He wore very little aside from flowers that covered his genital region.
Models took to the stage for an impromptu fashion show that turned into a dance scene. “Drag Race France” host Nicky Doll strutted across the stage, as drag contestants Paloma and Piche also joined the performance.
The scene immediately sparked backlash from Conservatives and Christians alike, and Schneider was among a slew of celebrities who criticized the performance and the messaging.
Guys with their genitalia hanging out in front of children?! Drag Queens?!

Schneider issued another tweet about the opening scene, expressing his outrage.

The interpretation of the Greek God Dionysus makes us aware of the absurdity of violence between human beings. #Paris2024 #OpeningCeremony pic.twitter.com/FBlQNNUmvV
