Printed course-packs are so last year. Ian Barker wants you to know about the textbook of tomorrow.

Barker’s Toronto-based company Symtext Corp. sells a product called the Liquid Textbook, which lets instructors create customized digital textbooks that can include texts from multiple publishers as well as presentations, videos, photographs and podcasts.
