The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office is investigating how two dead premature babies were flushed down the toilet, after recovering the stillborn twin boys in the septic tank of an Odenville home Friday.
Sheriff Terry Surles said the infants’ mother was 17 weeks pregnant when she delivered the babies Friday.
