The Internet world is abuzz about a video clip showing a young woman throwing several puppies into a river. She appears to be Bosnian, with that country now launching an investigation into finding out who she is and bringing her to justice for animal cruelty. Going along with that, PETA is offering a $2,000 reward for information about the girl.
She appears to be smiling as she tosses several crying puppies into a fast moving river. Public outrage has grown, especially on social networking websites. On Facebook, the largest group called ‘Find the Girl Who Threw Puppies In River’ already has roughly 15,000 members.
