Baked Bacon Ranch Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
6 cups mashed potatoes (prepared with milk and butter)
1/2 cup milk
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 package J&D’s Bacon Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 25 crackers)
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, milk, onion and package of J&D’s Bacon Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix. Spread in a greased baking dish. Top with cheese. Combine cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 8-10.
