American Enterprise Institute scholar Fred Kagan bashed Texas Rep. Ron Paul’s performance and praised the performances of former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum and Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann in the spin room after Tuesday’s CNN GOP primary debate co-sponsored by AEI and The Heritage Foundation.
Kagan’s brother, foreign policy scholar and commentator Robert Kagan, is a Romney adviser, according to the Washington Post.
