CONCORD (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Nearly 700 residents packed Concord-Carlisle High School on Wednesday night to vote on a measure that would ban the sale of water bottles.
Voters on both sides shared their thoughts on the ban. While those in favor pointed out the environmental benefits of the ban, those opposing the ban claimed it was unconstitutional to allow special interest groups dictate the purchases of everyone else.
