Again.
From Ann Coulter’s latest column:
Obama has been draping himself in families of the children murdered in Newtown.
MSNBC’s Martin Bashir suggested that Republican senators need to have a member of their families killed for them to support the Democrats’ gun proposals. (Let’s start with Meghan McCain!)
Uh-oh. You gonna take that, Meggie Mac?
Apparently Ann Coulter made a joke about me being killed in a recent column. I should expect nothing less but disgusted regardless.

My father is a very famous politician. My family gets a lot of threats. Joking about me being killed really isn’t funny or appropriate.

Yeah, I can’t imagine that Ann Coulter has ever been threatened, or joked about, or anything like that.
Okay, you can’t really expect either of them to like that joke, I guess. But why aren’t they yelling at Martin Bashir? He’s the one who brought up the idea:
“I don’t wish this pain on anybody.” [wink, wink]
But of course, it’s not about the victims of gun violence, or the law-abiding citizens who defend themselves from gun violence because their leaders haven’t figured out how to disarm them yet. It’s not about an MSNBC “personality” talking about killing Republicans. It’s about Meghan McCain and her hurt feelings.
Hang in there, kiddo. We all know how tough it is to be you.
P.S. Commenter LauraE has a great idea: Meghan should get a “psychological support dog”!
