Despite his opposition to the government’s use of drones, Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul has found one drone he might actually like.
Friday, Paul tweeted a FRANCE 24 news report about the use of drones to deliver beer to audience members at a South African outdoor music festival.
“Perhaps I am not against ALL drones!” Paul tweeted with a link to the article.

According to the FRANCE 24 report, festival attendees are able to order up adult beverages with a smartphone app. Once ordered, a drone will fly over and drop a beer to the client via parachute.
Earlier this year Paul staged a nearly 13 hour filibuster in the Senate, holding up the nomination of John Brennan for CIA director over the government’s use of drones.
