Lionel Messi is a man possessed. In a good way, of course.
The Argentina star bagged his fourth goal of the World Cup (and second of the day) on a gloriously struck free kick from 27 yards out in today’s 3-2 victory over Nigeria.
This comes on the heels his ass-saving goal in the 91st minute vs. Iran (yes, Iran!) on Saturday.
As a team, Argentina (one of the tournament favorites) has scored six goals in their three group wins.
Do the math.
That’s right: the diminutive forward has scored four of his team’s six goals, with two of them turning out to be game winners.
Take a bow, Leo. Take a bow.
