Former governor of Vermont and Democratic National Committee chair Howard Dean wanted nothing to do with The Daily Caller on Tuesday when a DC reporter approached him.
Dean was at a press conference promoting the Progressive Agenda’s platform “to combat income inequality” with other liberal lawmakers and activists.
“You’re not a real newspaper and I’m not going to talk to you,” Dean said.
“I just want to ask you a quick question,” TheDC told Dean.
“I’m not going to talk to you. You work for a propaganda organization and I’m not gonna talk to you. Please go away!”
Dean would later tell TheDC he received angry responses from readers of TheDC who read reports about the former Vermont governor. Dean called TheDC’s reporting about him “lies.”
