Wisconsin football star Tanner McEvoy had a great game against Rutgers Saturday afternoon, but he had an even better post-game interview. McEvoy dressed as race car driver Ricky Bobby from the movie “Talladega Nights” for Halloween, and proceeded to answer questions in character.
McEvoy perfectly displayed the same level of confidence that actor Will Ferrell gave in his famous performance of Ricky Bobby, declaring, “I’m simply the greatest that there ever was,” and many more lines from the film.

It might be easy for McEvoy to channel the winning attitude of Ricky Bobby following Wisconsin’s 48-10 victory over Rutgers. McEvoy, who plays safety and wide receiver, is the first player since 2006 to have a rushing touchdown, interception and sack all in the same game.
