In an attempt to be normal and take a shot at Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton road the subway in New York City on Thursday.
Clinton started her two stop journey from the 161st Street Station at Yankee Stadium and finished it at the 170th Street Station on the 4 train.
In an editorial meeting with the New York Daily News earlier this week, Sanders appeared out of touch with how the New York subway actually works. The Vermont senator said that in order to pay for a ride, a token was required, when in actuality, a metro card is required. (RELATED: Sanders Jokes About Jumping The Subway Turnstile)

However, it wasn’t entirely smooth sailing for Clinton to get on the subway. It took the former secretary of state a few times to get the metro card to work to actually pay for the trip at the turnstile.
