Aubrey Plaza’s boss once threatened to fire her if she didn’t take a picture with Donald Trump while she was dressed like an elf.
On Tuesday night, the 31-year-old “Parks and Recreation” actress told Stephen Colbert about the odd way she first met Trump.

“I think I was around 19, 20,” Plaza said. “I was living in New York, and my job was to be a mascot and to dress up as that character. My boss said the only thing you need to do tonight is get a picture with Donald Trump. That’s all I need you to do.”
“Do it or you’re fired.”(RELATED: Aubrey Plaza Tries To Steal Will Ferrell’s MTV Movie Award, Gets Kicked Out [VIDEO])
“He kept shooing me away,” she said. “He didn’t want the picture. I finally put my creepy elf arm around him and got that picture.”
“If I knew then what I know now I would have just tackled him to the ground in that moment.”
The actress tweeted a photo of the incident last year.
