A 911 call following the explosion in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan threatened more dangerous blasts, The New York Post reported.

“I’m looking at the explosion down the block. There will be more,” the anonymous male voice said. The caller claimed to be at 23rd Street and Seventh Avenue after the dangerous incident happened, law enforcement sources indicated.

Law enforcement believes the cause of the blast in Chelsea resulted from a pressure-cooker bomb similar to an undetonated device found on 27th street. Additionally, a note written in Arabic found inside a plastic bag was recovered with the second unexploded device, sources told The NY Post.

Police interviewed witnesses near the Chelsea explosion who say they saw an “Arab-looking man” carrying a suitcase who appeared to be out-of-place, The Post noted.

According to reports, the bombs that exploded in New Jersey and New York Saturday are linked to the same person.
