Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather appear to be rivals at all times, but there might be more than meets the eye given the fact that the two recently shared a private jet ride.
The flew on the same plane to London for an upcoming press conference, according to the Mirror.

The move is interesting given the fact that the two appear ready to tear each other’s head off at any moment. The press conferences have been a highly entertaining circus, but the animosity appeared to have been obvious.

However, it’s a lot harder to sell this fight as an intense rivalry if the two are sharing a plane only hours after nearly duking it out on stage. Generally speaking you don’t share a car ride home with the guy you got into a bar fight with minutes earlier. The losing Super Bowl team doesn’t split a plane ride anywhere with the winners.
Not the greatest optics in the world for the UFC or the boxing world.
