A Welsh teenager was busted for disguising himself as a popular dancer in order to pressure underage girls to participate in lewd acts for him, according to a report Tuesday.
Lewis Edwards, 18, convinced underage girls to participate in sexual acts for him via webcam under the fake identity of Madison Haschak, a popular American teenage dancer, reported the New York Post. Edwards made a fake Facebook profile for Haschak to lure girls as young as 10 to perform sex acts.
Police uncovered hundreds of inappropriate photos of young girls carrying out sexual acts on themselves that he saved on his phone and Xbox in July. One particularly disturbing video showed a little girl crying out “I don’t want to do this” but eventually succumbing to Haschak’s pressure, reported the Daily Mail.
The British man pleaded guilty to the deviant acts and is sentenced to four years in youth detention.
“You created a false profile, put her pictures on it, and you persuaded young girls to engage in sexual activity,” said judge Niclas Parry, stating it was one of the most disturbing cases he had ever witnessed.
The teenager also searched for photos of babies being abused in his online history.
