Former Trump White House advisor Sebastian Gorka is wanted in Hungary on charges of “firearm or ammunition abuse,” according to a BuzzFeed report published Thursday.
The existence of the warrant was first noted by Hungarian outlet 444 and was issued in September of 2016, months prior to Trump’s election.
The warrant can also be found on the Hungarian police’s website, though additional details are not available. The warrant possibly stems from an incident in Budapest, Hungary, that happened as far back as 2009, according to 444.
Gorka responded to the report on Twitter, claiming that he moved to the United States in 2008.
Did Glenn and BuzzFeed get a #FAKEY award from @realDonaldTrump?
They should.
“An incident from 2009.”
Oh really?
I moved to America in 2008. (LEGALLY!)
Try FACTS next time Glenn. Hack.

Gorka also refused to comment on the BuzzFeed report. “Don’t waste your time… I don’t talk to BuzzFeed, thank you,” Gorka reportedly told the outlet.
Gorka had not returned TheDC’s request for comment at the time of publication.
