“We would all be in legal jeopardy if Bob Mueller was after us. Mother Teresa would be in legal jeopardy if Bob Mueller was after us,” former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino told Fox News host Laura Ingraham on Monday evening’s “Ingraham Angle.”
Bongino was responding to Ingraham, who had asked whether Michael Cohen, personal attorney to President Donald Trump, was in legal jeopardy following reports of an FBI raid on Cohen’s office.
Bongino went on to point out that, because of the way the federal criminal code is written, it’s likely that everyone has violated it at least once. “The federal criminal code … we’re all federal criminals. I promise, someone paid a penny less in taxes at some point in their life and is a federal criminal. No matter how good you are. This is a scam! It’s total … this case is a complete and total witch hunt.”

And he didn’t stop there. Bongino went on to compare the FBI raid of Cohen’s office to the conversation with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton where Cheryl Mills, who was not Clinton’s attorney, was allowed to sit in even though she herself was still being investigated as a possible co-conspirator.
He also tweeted a list of people who have not yet been subject to FBI raids despite questionable behavior.
Still Not Raided:
1) Hillary Clinton
2) Hillary Clinton’s “lawyer”
3) Jim Comey
4) Jim Comey’s “lawyer”
5) Andy McCabe
6) Rod Rosenstein

Bongino’s final assessment was bleak, as he told Ingraham, “Justice isn’t blind, it’s dead now.”
