President Trump discussed his negotiations with NATO on spending and how he was able to accomplish what presidents before him couldn’t during his rally on Thursday night.

WATCH:

“We’ve been defending Europe and they are not paying their bills. So I went in and said, ‘folks, you’ve got to pay up, you are delinquent.’ They will be paying $200 billion,” the president began.

“It took me one hour, but it was a rough hour. President Trump was in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania campaigning on behalf of Congressman Lou Barletta, who is running for a seat in the Senate. He will be going up against the incumbent, Bob Casey Jr. in November.
