Fox News’ Tomi Lahren went after CNN contributor Ana Navarro for a tweet she sent out attacking first lady Melania Trump on “Fox & Friends” Wednesday morning.
WATCH:
The segment began with them displaying Navarro’s tweet about Melania Trump from Monday.
“Ana would be wise to find a mirror and look at it. Everything she said about Melania Trump is exactly what I’m thinking about her. Talk about self-awareness. How can somebody be so disgusting and vile to tweet this about our first lady, who is advocating for anti-bullying? I have never seen a First Lady be attacked like this — like Melania Trump has — for the good work and deeds she has done,” Lahren stated.
On vacay & I swore I’d stay off political twitter.
But damn, girlfriend’s lack of self-awareness & any sense of shame for her husband’s use of the Presidency to bully others, is hard to ignore.
Only plausible explanation here is, Melania suffered oxygen deprivation to the brain. https://t.co/o93MONfeUl— Ana Navarro (@ananavarro) August 20, 2018
She continued, “Can you imagine if we would sit here on Fox News and attack Michelle Obama for something she was trying to do to better the country? We would be attacked up and down. But, because it’s Melania, her last name is Trump, people like Anna Navarro think it’s okay, that they’re entitled to do it.”
