Suge Knight was sentenced Thursday to 28 years in prison.

The disgraced rap mogul was convicted of killing Terry Carter in 2015 after running him over at a Tam’s Burger in California. His plea deal resulted in the final charge of manslaughter.

Knight’s son posted on Instagram following the sentencing,”They just robbed my Father out of life just like that.”

He continued: “Every powerful Black name is getting tainted with a conviction. They don’t do their own like that but make it a fact to destroy any threat to them. That’s Black Leaders.. My Pops still strong and will never fold in there. If you were me and knew the truth you would go hard like this to. #killuminati #freesuge”

Knight was most well-known for his close association with the group N.W.A., including one of its members Dr. Dre, as well as Tupac and many other rappers in the 1990s. He’s also famous for founding Death Row Records.

His portrayal in the hit film “Straight Outta Compton” was not in a positive light at all. In fact, they made him look like an absolutely horrible person. (RELATED: Watch The Latest Trailer For The Upcoming Tupac Film ‘All Eyez On Me’)

He’ll have plenty of time to think about his legacy and life as he sits behind bars for a very long time.
