Alabama being favored by two touchdowns against LSU is wildly disrespectful.

I’m being completely serious when I say it is, without a doubt, one of the most disrespectful things I’ve ever seen in sports.

LSU is playing at home, they’re a top-five team, and they are still expected to get run through. Something just doesn’t add up here. (RELATED: The Latest AP College Football Poll Is Here. Find Out Where Your Team Ranks)

Look, I’m not saying Alabama won’t win. They very well might, and probably will. If I was betting the moneyline, as of this moment, I’d definitely be wagering on Nick Saban and company.

However, that doesn’t mean the spread isn’t simply absurd. I get oddsmakers are extremely high on Alabama. They’re all-in on the Tide winning another title. We all get it, and it makes a hell of a lot of sense.

Still, favoring them by this much is just crazy, and there’s no other way to put it. No other way at all. If I was an LSU coach, I’d have this spread pinned up all over the locker room. The whole world is disrespecting the Tigers, despite the fact they’re having a great season.

Seems like a great ammunition for motivation ahead of the biggest game of the season in the SEC.

You can catch the game Saturday night on CBS. It’s going to be a great one.
