Conor McGregor attended the Super Bowl between the Rams and Patriots Sunday night in Atlanta.

The Irish-born fighter showed up rocking a purple suit with his son in matching attire, as he watched the Patriots win their sixth ring. (SLIDESHOW: These Are The Greatest Ronda Rousey Photos On The Internet)

You know you’ve got a lot of confidence when you show up to the biggest sporting event on the planet in a purple suit, but that’s just McGregor being McGregor. He didn’t opt for a jersey or team gear like everybody else. He had to go for the flashiest suit he could find. That’s laugh-out-loud funny. (SLIDESHOW: These UFC Women Really Hate Wearing Clothes)

He couldn’t successfully throw a football if his life depended on it, but you best believe he’ll be swagged out for the game. (SLIDESHOW: These Are The Sexiest Paige VanZant Photos On The Internet)

It’s just another example of why McGregor is one of the coolest guys in all of sports.

Thanks Atlanta for a great welcome and congrats to Brady and the Patriots on a Proper 12 win!

Now, we just need McGregor to get back into the octagon sooner than later. That man is pure electricity for the UFC, and we need him fighting.

Is it cool seeing him at the Super Bowl? Sure, but I’d much rather watch him fight Khabib again. That’s what the fans want, and I hope we get it at some point in 2019.
